ABOUT SACRO
Somali Aid Relief and Community Organization (SARCO) is a non-governmental humanitarian organization established in 2020. SARCO is dedicated to providing lifesaving assistance, resilience-building programs, and sustainable community development initiatives across Somalia. The organization is committed to alleviating human suffering caused by drought, displacement, food insecurity, and poverty through inclusive, community-driven approaches that empower local populations and foster long-term well-being.
Our Impact & Growth
Since 2020, SARCO has been delivering humanitarian assistance and community development programs that create lasting impact for vulnerable communities across Somalia.
2023
SARCO was established in Baidoa, Somalia to respond to humanitarian crises affecting vulnerable communities.
2021
Expansion of emergency response programs supporting internally displaced persons in Southwest State.
2018
Implementation of food security, WASH, and health programs across multiple regions.
2024
Strengthening partnerships with humanitarian organizations and expanding community resilience projects.
