Operational Coverage and Field Activities
Banadir Region
Districts: Kahda, Garasballey, and Daynile districts.
SARCO’s field teams conducted humanitarian assessments and emergency responses in several IDP camps within Banadir, focusing on malnutrition, water scarcity, and public health concerns.
Southwest State (Bay, Bakol and Lower Shabelle)
Baidoa Districts: Dugandug, Hanana 2, and Harere Kadiyow
Lower Shabelle Districts: Ongoing interventions in Awdhegle, Barawe, Marka Elash, and Arbiska SARCO has been actively responding to the drought crisis and internal displacement by supporting families with emergency relief, water trucking, and nutrition programs.
